Executive readout instructions
The readout is one focused leadership conversation. Its job is to produce decisions and accountable action, not to create a longer diagnostic report.
1. Set the operating context
Open with the outcome the team must protect and the pressure scenario most likely to put it at risk.
2. Show the few material exposures
Use the pressure map to focus on the two or three dimensions with the largest gap between routine performance and performance under pressure.
3. Turn exposure into ownership
For each exposure, name one accountable executive, the decision right that needs clarity, and the escalation signal that should trigger action.
4. Commit to a 30-day proof point
End with a small number of operational changes that can be observed within 30 days: a decision cadence, a clarified handoff, a named backup, or a threshold review.
